Importing Outlook 2002 user data and settings into Outlook 2003

I am about to re-image a few pcs and I would like to move all the users
Outlook XP data and settings including contacts to the new pc. These pcs
are not connecting to any exchange server. The new image will include
outlook 2003. What do I need to do to export and import to outlook 2003?

Also, have you tried using XP's File and Settings Transfer Wizard along with
Office 2003's Save My Settings Wizard?
