Importing Outlook contacts

I follow the instructions to import Outlook contacts into Access and get the
following error message. "Access can't run the exchange/outlook wizard. Make
sure MS Outlook is installed and you are able to log onto your e-mail acct."
Both these things are true but it still won't work.
