How do I import all my old email, folders, contact list, etc.

I'm on day two of a new PC,

Into which application do you want to import your mail data?
I do not think that this would be *OneNote* for which this group serves.

If it was Outlook, ask in one of the Outlook groups.
Should it be WinMail (Windows Mail) please ask in
microsoft.public.windows.vista.mail.
