Importing Outlook XP files into Outlook 2003

I recently converted from Office XP Professional to Office 2003 Professional.

After i completed the installation of Office 2003 and opened Outlook 2003 I
found that my contact files were not imported.

I eventually managed to bring them in as a second Contacts file but recently
that file disappeared.

What is the proper way to import old Contacts, emails and Schedules from
Outlook XP to Outlook 2003?

What wold be the best way to copy all of the new Outlook 2003 files to
another computer that is also running Outlook 2003 (desktop to laptop and
vice versa)?

The best way to copy all of the new OL2003 files is to burn them on a CD, if
you are not in a network
