Importing Over 65536 Rows

Greetings,
I am using MS Excel 2002 SP2 on Windows 2000 Pro SP4
computer. I have a .CSV file that has 76,000 rows, and
each row has 5 columns.

When I click on Data -> Import External Data -> Import
Data from the menu to import data from the .CSV file to an
Excel Worksheet, I get a message saying "The text file
contains more data than will fit on a single worksheet.
To continue and import as much of the data as will fit,
click OK. You can then import the rest of the data by
repeating the import operation on another worksheet and
using the Text Import Wizard to exclude data already
imported". I then click the "OK" button.

When I try to import the remaining data on .CSV file to
the next Worksheet, I type 65537 in the "Start import at
row:" field of the "Text Import Wizard" window. When I
click the "Next" button, I get a message saying "Integer
is not valid".

In the "Start import at row:" field of the "Text Import
Wizard" window, the largest valid integer/number that I
can use is 32767. If I type any number larger than 32767,
I get the "Integer is not valid" message.

Could someone please advice me on how to import a .CSV
file that has 76,000 rows (with each row has 5 columns) to
Excel Worksheets?

Thank you.

Thank you very much for your prompt reply Ron.

I have tried the solution below. Unfortunately, it only
works for a text file. In other words, it only works if
the file has only 1 column per row. After the import, all
data from the .txt file will be placed on Column A on the
Worksheet(s).

My .CSV file has 5 columns per row. After importing
the .CSV file, each row on the Worksheet(s) should have
Columns A, B, C, D and E filled as well.

Thank you.
