Importing .pab

I am trying to import my .pab to a new computer. I cn't
find a way to do this. import/export from file only works
with .pst files. any ideas ?

What doesn't work? You should be able to choose Personal Address Book on the
same screen of the Import & Export Wizard where you would choose Personal
Folders, under "Import from another program or file."
