Hi Laura,
Unfortunately MS has kept the Word 'border art' feature
'locked'. MS Office Publisher has the ability to add border art
to the collection, but Word can't recognize the additional
files (sigh).
If you download a 'page border' clipart from
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart into the MS Clipart
gallery for Office 97 you can insert that graphic and
make it a page border by 'strecthing' it, either in
your document (and use Format=>Picture) to choose a
wrap style of behind text) or you can add it through
View=>Headers and Footers to have it on each page.

Is it possible to import borders downloaded from the
Microsoft Clip Art Gallery to the C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Borders directory so that
they can be chosen as an option in Word 97?
Any assistance or insight on this matter would be greatly
appreciated.
