importing PDA to Outlook

I'm trying to import my contacts from my PDA to Outlook.
I have over 500 entries. I can't figure out a way to
export all the addresses at one time. It will only allow
me to export one contact at a time. I'm a novice in
computerology as it is. Please help me!!
