If your intent is to have a form visible on a page and have the form be
usable by viewers on the net, then YES you will have to create the form in
FP on a page.
If your intent is to have a form that the user can download, save and fill
out and then email or print, then you'd use a pdf form.
Not sure why your importing is not maintaining the integrity of the pdf
file...it should. Does it open normally on your computer (not in fp web)??

I
| need to be able to get it into frontpage as a form. How do I import the
form
| without attaching it to a page in front page. I am pretty new to this so
am
| still learning the very basic ropes. I am afraid that I am going to have
to
| recreate the form in frontpage and that is a lot of work.
