Importing PowerPoint into Word Doc

I'm writing a traning manual and would like to import all the PowerPoint
slides at once that are used in the training... into a table, so I can have
the slide and comments and notes about each slide. The PP is rather large..

Try "Send to" - Word under the File menu within PowerPoint.
You will get several options, select the closest to your requirements, then
extract what you want.
Keep an eye on the file size though if the PowerPoint is that large. Usually
my Word extract file is of a much more manageable size.
This is for 2003, 2007 maybe different instructions.
