importing projects from ABT Workbench ver. 5.2 to Project 2003

Is there a direct way to import projects created in ABT Workbench 5.2 to
Project Server 2003? I know ABT saves as .rmp
Is there a conversion tool for this format? I can't be the first one to do
this.
