Importing Projects

When I import my PM's project, the start and finish dates are offset
and therefore throw the whole timeline off... what would be causing
this?? we just implemented the new MSP2003 server and this is our
test load.

Is it possible your enterprise calendars different from the calendar in each
project?

I don't know how to check that... I am really new with this...

Open the .mpp file and click Tools - Change Working Time. Take a look at
the calendar designated as the Project Calendar. It is usually the Standard
calendar on the list. Note the working schedule and any days marked as
nonworking time. Close the project.

Now open the enterprise version of the project from Project Server. Repeat
the above steps. Note differences in the working schedule and in any days
marked as holidays. Hope this helps.
