Importing .pst files form Outlook 2007

Having made the move from windows to Mac with Parallels on which i'm running Outlook 2007 i now want to go full Mac and use Entourage for my email contacts etc.
There appear to be very complexed multi stage methods of converting the .pst files from Outlook. Is ther a simeple solution. My main task is the conversion of mail but ideally i would also like to convert contacts and calender.
