importing .pst files

How can i configure OE without logging on the microsoft
exchange server. Actually i need to use OE only to import
jsome mails which i have copied into a CD. I need not
send or receive mails through OE. But OE on my PC refuses
to open unless i specifiy exchange server information....
any help??
