Importing rules from OE to Outlook

Hi,

I have been using Outlook Express for some time, but need now to move to
Outlook (2000 or 2002).
I have several email accounts and a nice bunch of rules.

Is there a way to import those parameters (accounts & rules) from OE to
Outlook ?
