Importing Sent-Addresses to Safe Senders List

I would like to get a copy of all addresses I've sent messages to (in Outlook
2003)...into my safe senders list. I see there's an import feature. But is
there an easy to capture this data from Outlook?

Please goto Tools --> Options --> Junk Email button --> NAvigate to the Safe
senders tab.

Clcik to select the option " Automatically Add people I e-mail to the Safe
Senders List".

This option would make sure that all the emial address to which you send any
email is added to the Safe senders List. You cna even export the list using
the Export File option.
