Importing Single project from Restored Backup

Hi,
I have successfully restored a Moss and Project backup on a Dev server.

I now need to restore a Single project from the dev to the live site... How
do i do this.

I am assuming i can run a PWA administrasive backup and just check Projects?

How would i copy this backup to the live server to restore the single
preoject?

Good Day ,

The easiest way would be to save the project locally and then open and
save to the new instance. Other than that you could perhaps use
Playbooks to export
from dev and then import to live, as the playbooks saves the info as
an XML file, but PLEASE make sure that you verify the info if you use
playbooks
as i have seen some info not getting imported correctly.
