Importing Spreadsheet

The functionality of renaming the field is supposed to be
available when using the access importing wizard to import
an Excel spreadsheet. It allows the highlighting of the
first field and changing but not of the second or
consecutive fields. Any ideas?

Hi India,

I believe this is a known problem in Access 2003, fixed by Office 2003
Service Pack 1. Certainly it doesn't occur on my computer, which has
that service pack. If you are using an earlier version of Access, it's
also worth installing the relevant service packs.
