Importing Subject Headings in OneNote

Has anyone developed/found a method to import Subject headings into OneNote?
I'd like to be able to use Excel to create subject headings which OneNote
would use to classify information.

An example would be if I owned an apartment building with 500 apartments. I
would like to use OneNote to create a Diary on each apartment along with
emails/etc. I looking for a shortcut to typing in 500 addresses.

A second example would be if I had 500 employees and wanted to track
accomplishments. How do I avoid typing in 500 names?

Thank-you for your time and any advice,

No, there is nothing if this sort.
It might be possible with writing a PowerToy.

You might look for some other instrument.
ON for sure is a really great tool. But it's not a tool replacing a
database.
IMHO dealing with 500+ data items in ON would not really mean a workable
solution for data-handling.
