Importing tables and forms

From the import Wizard by going to File > Get External Data > Import...is there a way to have the default behavior to overwrite any files that have conflicting names with the files being imported

For example

I have a form called frmMain I would liek to import a form called frmMain and have overwrite my current form. Is there a way to do this rather than havingit create a new form called frmMain1
