Importing tasksheets from Excel - Project 2007

I see there is a way to export your tasksheet to Excel and it gives you a
very clean spreadsheet where we can track total actual hours/week more
effectively. The question that was posed is, "Can we update actuals in Excel
and import to our task sheet for submission?".

I don't see of a way, but thought I'd ask the experts!

Nope. The interaction between Excel and the My Tasks page or the My
Timesheet page is strictly one way: From PWA to Excel, but not the reverse.
