Importing Text file into Access

I am receiving the following error when attempting to
import a Fixed-Width, large .txt file in Access:

"The search key was not found in any record"

I have performed hundreds of imports just like this with
no problems. I cannot determine what the problem is.

Hi Rich,

I can find no reference to this error in relation to text file imports.
Conceivably http://support.microsoft.com/?id=301474 is applicable.

But as a general rule, if hundreds of text files import satisfactorily
and just one doesn't, the cause is some irregularity in that file.
