Importing text files into Access

I have a file browser that opens my directory so I can
choose a file to import. Before I chose my file I run
this script: MF_Build_Input.cmd

This copies appends all of my files to one file. All
this works fine. My problem is how can I execute a "Find
and Replace" or an equivalent in DOS without opening the
file. Data samples below:

COMPLETION: AUTO

I want to find that string and replace is with nothing.
