importing text into photo

How do I import text into a photo I've copied into Word? The text boxes are not working...the photo reduces and nothing works...please help.

Hi Linky -

I'm not sure what you mean by "import text into a photo" - that simply isn't
something that can be done... At least not based on the manner in which
you've phrased it:)

If you can provide a more accurate description of what you're actually
trying to accomplish I'm sure there are some suggestions to be offered.

Hi Melissa:

You need to float the photo first, then you can put text boxes over the top
of it.

By "float" I mean Format>Picture>Layout and set to "Behind text".

Search in the Word Help for "Picture" and read all of the topics that appear
