Importing Theme to Word 2003 and Word 2004

Hello-

I have created a Theme for a client and it is working fine on the machine I
used. I am having problem importing that theme onto another Windows machine.
I have tried placing the folder created by the theme into thematching folder
of the new machine but it doesn't appear in the Theme list.

Also the theme doesn't seem to function on Word 2004 for Macintosh. I
haven't had a chance to mess with it there but if anyone has any ideas on a
solution there, I would be very grateful.

I know the term "Theme" in conjunction with Word 2007. Dunno about
MacWord, but Word 2003 does not have any equivalent.
