IMPORTING TO ACCESS AND EXPORTING TO EXCEL

Hello,

I have an aplplication which stores data in a Paradox
database. I need to find a way to import data from that
database to Access, preferrably using a macro, than filter
out the info that I do not require and, finally, export
the remaining to Excel to plot charts and graphs. Is
there any special ways to achieve this. The original
application being a paradox dbase is causing me a lot of
problems.
