Importing to Outlook 2003 from Mozilla Thunderbird

Hi,
I am trying to import an address book that was exported from Mozilla
Thunderbird to a .csv file. The file will open correctly in Excel, but when
I try an import I get a message that " A file error has occured in the Comma
Seperated Values (Windows) translator while initializing a translator to
build a field map" It then has a second part about open, permissions, etc,
but I've ruled that out.

Any idea why this would happen?
