Importing to Outlook

When trying to import from Access or Excel I get the
following error message: error configuring ODBC data
source. MS Access (or Excel) database ODBC error 6.
Component not found in registry. Verify that MS Access
database exist and that you can access it.
How do I verify it's there, and if not how can I get it?
