Importing txt file

I have an existing table that was setup for importing txt files to it. I recently tried to import a txt file to it and now I am getting an error. A "Type Conversion Failure on my Date/Time field. The data in the import wizard shows as a date/time field and the field in the table also has the same date/time type. I can't figure out why now I'm getting this error. Any ideas would be great. Thanks. matt

I don't have much experience with Access but I recently had the same problem.
I resolved the problem by changing the time to 24-hour format.

I had a "Type Conversion Failure" with:
12/04/2003 10:13 PM

This worked:
12/04/2003 22:13

Where did you change the time format? In the table field properties or the import wizard or in the txt file? I can't seem to find where to change this. The txt file is already in military time. Thanks. Matt

I changed it in the text file.
