Importing Updated Data

I have a data bases that we import student names into. They now want me to
update it every month. Will Access over write duplicate data when importing?

Kathie,

It depends on how you are going about importing, and what you mean by
"duplicate data", and whether you want to over-write. Chances are
pretty high that you will be able to achieve whatever you want.
