Importing w/ Split database

Can I still import text files to the BE if I split my
database? The info in the database is imported and not
entered manually, too time consuming.

Hi John,

Anything that involves creating new tables in the BE (or modifying the
design of the existing tables) has to be done in the BE itself.

If it's just a matter of importing data from the text files to the
existing BE tables, that can be done from the FE (assuming that the
design and security settings of the database allow it).
