Importing Windows 3x .crd files into Outlook 2000

Does anyone know a relatively easy way to import Windows
3.1 .crd files into the contacts folders of Outlook 2000?
I've searched the Knowledge Base and the two methods I see
do not work for me as I don't have Win3.x anymore and I
don't have Schedule+ any longer. Any suggestions!
