Importing XML file - Access 2003

FOr testing purposes I tried to import the mssecure.xml file into Access 2003. The tables get created but with blank records. Is there something I'm missing??

I am running Windows 2000 Pro SP4 with all the latest greatest patches.

Try reversing the process.
Build a table or two and export to XML.

Then in a New database, import that XML file.

Should work.
