Importing XML into Access 2000

How would I go about importing an XML data file into an
Access 2000 database? The database is on a webserver, and
I'm using VBScript 3.0 to manipulate it through a browser
interface (ADO, etc.). Alternatively, I could use the
desktop Access application to make the import, but if it's
possible to do it programmatically through a browser
interface, that would be ideal.

Also, what's SQL DDL? Is that something I can use with
Access and/or ADO?
