From Excel - you have two options
#1 - Create a named range for the data you want to import - if you're not
familiar with "named ranges" then.....
#2 - Export the worksheet to CSV format and use that as your input source
In Outlook - use the Import Wizard - follow the screens
- When you get to the screen that has the title - "Import a file" - make
sure you check the box and the "Map Custom Fields" will activate - map each
of your seven fields to the appropriate Outlook field, import the file and
you're done.
Note: Microsoft's term "Map Custom fields" does not include the ability to
map to any user-defined fields should you have any and you will not be able
to use a custom form if you are using one.
