Hi,
I'm using Microsoft Access 2000. I've created a database by importing (not
linking) two excel spreadsheets.
FILE -> GET EXTERNAL DATA -> IMPORT.
The first two spreadsheets came in just fine. When I tried to bring in the
3rd, I get the message:
the Microsoft Jet database engine cannot find the object "XXXX$" Make sure
to obect exists and that you
spelled it correctly.
The XXXX is the name of one of the first two spreadsheets I imported
(without the "xls" suffix). Of course, that is NOT the name of the xls
spreadsheet file I'm currently trying to import.
Any ideas of how I can fix this? If not, how else can I bring in an xls file
of about 200 entries by about 6 colums?
Than!
