ImportPRF causes BSOD's

I'm working on an image that'll go to several hundred lab computers. I'm
trying to customize Outlook 2007 so that it'll automatically find our
Exchange server, connected using the %username% info and not cache the
contents of the mailbox to an OST file. As soon as I've tried to apply a PRF
once, from then on out, every time I run Outlook, I get a BSOD 5-10 seconds
after it's running. I've tried it on multiple PC's (different hardware) so
I'm sure it's not a HW problem. I would expect a "Fatal error- application
had to be shut..." type error if something were seriously wrong, but a hard
reboot? Bizarre! Any ideas out there? I'm already going on 8+ hrs trying
to research this. I've also tried all the suggestions on TechNet's
"Troubleshooting Outlook Crashes" but nothing seems to fix it. For what it's
worth, I'm running XP Pro SP3, Office Ent 2007 SP2, IE7, all fully patched.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
