importprf switch - backup copies of profiles

I am customizing user profiles using a prf file and the importprf switch
with Outlook 2003. I have found that the profiles are being created
successfully but each time Outlook is started (and the profile is run) a
backup copy of the profile is created. In section 1 of the prf file the
line Overwriteprofile is set to Yes. I thought this may have been enough to
prevent backup copies of the profile being created. Obviously not.

Any advice on how to prevent backup copies being created would be
appreciated
