Importwizard Organization Chart

Who can give me siome help?

How can I force Visio 2003 to import the rows from an Excel sheet from top
to bottom and create an Organization chart with these rows in the correct
Model_Shapes from left to right (in the correct order).
My import file contains the following column headers:
Name, Unique_ID, Reports_to; Model_shape, Function, TelNo, Code

Unfortunately, the Organization Chart add-on explicitly randomizes the
positions of shapes created from data. This is done for performance
reasons, but it probably not what you wanted to hear.
