Improper display of incoming e-mail.

When I receive e-mails from MyPoints they don't convert to HTML format.

Other e-mails, such as PCH, Career Builder, etc work properly.

How do I fix this problem?

Using Outlook 2007 ?

Open the links in IE

Yes I am using Outlook 2007. Opening the links in Ie dosen't display the
original in its normal format. Most of the links are the gifs for the
proper display. I have to go to outlook express to open the proper link to
the page.

This is not true for any other HTML that comes in.

Why does not IE open them normally. OE also uses IE to open the links and yet you
see it there correctly

Something is corrupting the message and outlook can't render it. Are you
using an antispam or antivirus utility to scan incoming email?

I don't know. I am using ie7 and firefox. I really don't understand how
you mean for ie to open them. What I do is go down to link in message and
cick on it and it takes me to web site. I'd like message to open properly
in Outlook with all the graphics as most others does and occasionally
Mypoints.

did you use detect and repair (office diagnostics) ?
do you use an antispam/antivirus scanner on email? This can cause issues
such as this.
