Improt/Export of pdf file on three computers

I have been experiencing difficulty obtaining updated
OutlookXP files when I Import from any of the computers.

It is my desire to update any information contained in
the contacts / calendar / address book from one computer
to another. I wish to update one computer at a time.
There are times when any one of the computers has the
most current information - but - in the import export
function good information is overwritten with less than
currtent information.

Is there a procedure that will assure that I have current
information on all computers?
