Improting an Excel file

I'd like to place a command button on an access form to import an excel work
sheet.
Can someone some one help with the syntax?
My excel file name is "Import_Labor.xls" the sheet name is "Labor" and my
access table name is "CustomerLabor".

Grateful for any help!
