improting recurring appointments from excel into outlook

I am trying to import from an excel spreadsheet a number
of appointments into outlook. I found a way to enter
individual appointments into Outlook but I want to also
enter the recurring ones without having to go through
them one by one and making them recurring. I have too
many.

Does anyone know of a way to import from Excel into
Outlook a list of recurring appointments?
