The dialog that allows you to show (add) tables and queries to the Access
2003 Query editor does not does not cater for long table and query names. It
truncates the name to approximately 40 characters which doesn't help when you
have queries named:
[Qry_Import_16_Payroll Details and To Dat e Values_2-P0] and
[Qry_Import_16_Payroll Details and To Dat e Values_2-P1]
I have put 5 spaces in to highlight what is not displayed. My suggestion
would be to switch on horizontal scrolling in the list of queries and reports
and also to make the list that displays tables and queries larger in both the
vertical and horizontal sense.
