Improve junk email filter

The junk email filter, even when set to Low, filters out messages that are
legimately to me, from:

* my wife
* individual people who want to contact me
* business partners
* mail from New Scientist magazine about my subscription
* mail from non-profit organizations I belong to
* mail from the Democratic Party

Whatever the algorithm is that's being used for the Low setting, it's not
(as advertised) "removing only the most obvious spam". Now I have to check my
junk email folder repeatedly to make sure important mail isn't being junked
there. That kind of defeats the purpose of having a junk mail folder.

Regardless of the anti-spam product, you should always check your junk mail
folder for legitimate messages - mistakes can and do happen. In my
(personal) opinion, the idea of the junk mail filter is to let me see my
incoming messages relatively free of spam, but I always go to the junk
folder later (when I have time) and make sure nothing got swept up.

As you find valid mail in the junk folder, right-click on it and select
"Not Junk", which will "train" the filter to not put mail from that address
in the junk folder.
