In OL03 and OL07, when you click in the flag column in the message headers
pane, it automatically turns the flag from clear to red. Click again and it
turns the red flag to a tick. But click again and the flag toggles back to
red again. To undo your change you have to right-click and choose "Clear
Flag".
What would be helpful (for me, at least) is if the third click cleared the
flag again, since I don't wish to record my "completed" messages, and
sometimes I flag a message in error and I'd like to unflag it quickly.
