In a book how can I jump into the Table Of contents from anyplace

I have written a book "Box Building With Merle" using Microsoft Office 2007.
Its written using a lot of reference to appendix topics, that can be jumped
into from the table of contents. After reading the appendix topic is there
some way I can then jump back into the table of contents?

Customize the Quick Access Toolbar; go to the All Commands category
and add the button for Go To TOC.
