I just got the new update for Outlook Business Contact Manager and it is a
great improvement over the previous software. However in my business the
content of sales and service emails is centered on an opporutnity, not just
an account, or a contact person. Many emails may be sent back on forth on a
paricular opportunity. Once that opportunity becomes a sale, a new
opportunity may arise and many emails are centered on that in the same
account and to the same contacts. It would be great to be able to attach
emails to a given opportunity so all the discussion on that opportunity is in
one consise place.
