In business contact manager can you attach a bus contact to more .

I have a problem, once you add a buss contact to an account you cannot add it
to another account. However I have contacts that act on more than one
account. Can any one help or this a design floor in the system?

It's a design limitation. There is no workaround, other than to create a
second copy of the contact.

Many thanks for taking the trouble to look at thias for me. I think this if
changed would help a lot of people in general business

This is a significant limitation to the program that needs to be resolved to
make it useful. Making multiple copies of the same contact is not an
acceptable solution.

I work in an industry where engineers and consultants play a key role. Each
of those contacts can support on many different accounts or companies. I
need to be able track that information to be effective. If I had to make
multiple records for each contact my contact manager would be a mess.

Additionally, when you consider corporate hierarchies (where a company may
have many accounts and corporate structure to support or manage them), it is
crucial to understand these relationships.

No response is needed, just some (hopefully) helpful feedback.

I agree with Mr. Hale--only I would call a stupid design limitation!!
Any business can have

This is the kind of stuff that makes BCM (and so many Microsoft products) a
joke. First you spend 4 hours setting up the stupid thing then you find out
that it can't handle the most obvious and rudimentarly business concepts.
