How do you get the lines on each of the entries--as you insert appointments.
I have seen where the lines appear automatically at each entry. thanks, nancy

I don't understand your question. Which lines are you talking about? Where
are you creating the appointments (i.e. what view of the calendar) and what
method are you using to create them? Also, your Outlook version would be
helpful.
